intraGRAM®

We have a solution for you. intraGRAM® is an exceptional feature which uses advanced nanotechnology to mark plastics, so that they are immediately identifiable and recognizable. Structural changes in the nanometer domain, which are introduced during injection molding, provide a holographic effect which cannot be copied by counterfeiters. We have constantly developed and updated intraGRAM® over the past several years, and we are in a position to offer a full range of features: micro text, 2D effects, 3D effects and hidden images, to name but a few. Additionally, intraGRAM®-marked plastics provide a distinct marketing advantage, as the security feature can also be used as a striking design effect.

An intraGRAM® motif can be introduced into flat, convex, or concave surfaces. It is suitable for any injection molding process, and neither the color of the plastic nor the polymer material affect the process. intraGRAM® can also be combined with our spectroTAG® solution, providing the end product with a further degree of protection. Should you wish to protect both product and packaging with the same security feature, we offer a further variation of intraGRAM®. This can be introduced in the injection molding process, or it can be printed directly onto card or paper. With a simple verification device, the feature can be readily visualized on the packaging and product.
