The Digital competence center develops in the area of digital image and text recognition methods for identification and authentication of branded products and documents.

A group of specialists, mathematicians and software developers have a unique expert knowledge in selected areas such as cryptology, cryptography, image and signal processing. They develop new digital security solutions in close cooperation with the «Computer Vision and Multimedia Laboratory» of the University of Geneva.

Security applications for product manufacturers, service providers and authorities are developed from the latest scientific research. The end result is user-friendly track and trace and end-to-end solutions such as the recognition of counterfeits with a simple mobile.
